MATTRESS COMFORT GUARANTEE

• Walker Furniture requires that you retain possession of the mattress for a minimum of 30 days up to 90 days, before deciding to exchange the qualified MATTRESS ONLY. Flat foundations and adjustable power bases are non-exchangeable/returnable. This is to give your body adequate time to adjust to the new style of mattress you have purchased. Some mattresses come with a slight non-toxic odor that will dissipate; this odor does not indicate a defect in construction.

• The one (1) time only comfort exchange must be processed from the 30th day up to 90 days after possession of a Qualified Serta iComfort™, Tempur-Pedic™, Simmons Beautyrest™ and Stearns & Foster™. (Qualified sets listed below.)

• Customer must reselect to Mattress of equal or greater value. Any unused portion will be applied as in store credit only, and must be used within 180 days after reselection, or will be forfeited.

• Customer is responsible to pay the $99 pickup and disposal fee for all comfort exchange mattresses.

Walker Furniture will not process any comfort exchanges for Tempur-Pedic until authorization from manufacturer is complete.

• All mattresses must be in clean and sanitary condition, free of any stains and without damages. Any mattress that does not meet these requirements may be denied upon inspection, and the comfort exchange policy would be considered void.

• Comfort exchanges are only available to residents living within our local delivery area. Any customer who resides outside this area is responsible for their own transportation to drop off, pickup and install of said Mattress only.

• Mattress bedding accessories i.e. pillows, sheets, protectors, bed frames, extended power base warranties and adjustable power bases are non-refundable, non-returnable, or exchangeable. If you decide to return the mattress, the retail value of any "free" accessory given during a promotion will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • All Sealy Mattresses (other than Hybrids listed above)
  • All Sleep Retreat by Serta Mattresses
  • All Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattresses
  • All Simmons Beautyrest Mattresses (other than models listed above)
  • All Walker Sleep Mattresses
  • All Adjustable bases and/or box/foundations
