Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges or refunds will be cheerfully given on purchases returned within 3 days, unused, and in new condition.  Surface and glass defects not reported within 48 hours of receipt will not be refunded.  There may be a 20% restocking fee (plus the cost of the extended warranty and delivery charges if applicable).

Assemble & Save merchandise can only be returned in a factory sealed carton.
However…

  • If a reselection is made in an equal dollar amount, there will be no restocking free, just the above charges.
  • If a refund is necessary; Walker requires up to 10 banking days to clear your check.
  • Cash deposits less than $100.00 will be refunded the same day; cash deposits over $100.00 will be available in check form after 4 p.m. on the following Tuesday or Thursday.
  • All goods must be in Walker Furniture’s possession prior to the refund process.
  • Walker reserves the right to correct all clerical errors such as additions, subtractions, omissions, and mistagged items.
  • Refunds on deposits made by a credit card will be refunded by credit card only.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Bedding items (including Pillow and Mattress Pads)
  • Carefully choose the correct size and firmness of your mattress.
  • Floor samples and close-out items “As-Is”
  • Clearance Items
  • Special Orders…..(They are neither cancelable nor refundable).
  • All sales orders over 30 days…(deposits to be used as an in-store credit).
  • Furniture warranties
  • Comfort Exchanges, see store for details.

Delivery Policy

The following requirements are necessary in order to maintain our low prices.

  • We will call you 1-2 days before your delivery to remind you that you are scheduled and verify your address.
  • You will be given a 4-hour delivery window the day of the delivery.
  • All orders must be paid in full, in person, 48 hours prior to delivery. Balances due can be paid by local check, (except for starter and out of state checks), with valid Nevada driver’s license or I.D. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
  • To cancel a scheduled delivery, we must have a 48 hour prior notice or here will be a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Merchandise must be scheduled for delivery or picked up within 2 weeks of purchase or receipt at our warehouse. If not, it may be assigned to another customer.
  • If you are not home for your delivery, there will be a re-delivery fee of $59.00.
  • Customers must have their home ready for delivery. Our drivers will only move the furniture being delivered.
  • The customer is responsible for determining whether or not merchandise will fit through doorways, stairwells, corridors and elevators.
  • Our once a year $99.00 delivery charge applies to the original purchaser and their primary address. Some delivery charges vary. Excludes Clearance Center.

Mattress Guarantee

Walker furniture wants to make sure your comfortable with your new mattress purchase. It is important for you to know that it may take up to 30 days for your body to adjust to your new sleep system, and for the mattress to break in. If after 30 days from the date of possession you are not comfortable with your new mattress, Walker Furniture will give you up to an additional 30 days for a one-time mattress exchange or return.

The comfort exchange program applies to the following collections purchased at the Walker Furniture main showroom only. Serta Perfect Sleeper®, Vera Wang by Serta®, Serta Perfect Day® and Tempur-Pedic®.
Excludes floor samples and As-Is sales.

Serta®and Tempur-Pedic® Comfort Exchanges:

  • All comfort exchanges must be made after 30 days but before 60 days of possession and will incur a $50 handling and re-delivery fee plus a 10% disposal charge on the returned bedding.
  • The mattress must be in the original and sanitary condition.
  • Mattress foundations will only be exchanged if the mattress collection changes.
  • The reselection must be of equal or greater value. If the mattress is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for the difference. No refunds will be applied to any credit balance remaining.
  • Comfort exchanges not eligible if changing size of mattress.

Serta® and Tempur-pedic® Returns:

  • If after 30 days of possession a return is made without reselecting to another qualifying mattress, the customer will incur a $50 handling and pick up fee plus a 20% restocking charge on the returned bedding.
  • The mattress must be in the original and sanitary condition.

No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on electric adjustable bed bases, mattress protectors/pads, pillows, linens and metal bed frames.

Warranty

Walker offers a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Surface and glass defects not reported within 48 hours or receipt will not be covered. Walker also offers extended warranties. See store for details.
